Investor Relations is extremely important to RK Properties. We update our clients regularly as to the progress of their investments. We maintain a special attitude toward our investor partners, which has earned us their loyalty and respect.
Denise Warren ..... Investor Relations
Denise Warren, Investor and Broker Relations. Mrs. Warren joined RK Properties in 2014. She currently manages all facets of the Investor Relations department and works with our registered representatives and broker dealer firms. Denise’s background is comprised of three decades in the real estate investment industry. She began her career in investor relations working with two prominent Southern California real estate syndicators. Denise also spent several years working for a large electronics manufacturer as the manager of the sales and service departments. She returned to the real estate investment industry in 1999 and has worked with other prominent real estate investment sponsors. Denise’s experience includes Investor Relations, Customer Service, Internal and External Wholesaling, Internal Sales Team Manager and National Accounts Manager. Denise is a California licensed real estate agent and realtor. She also holds FINRA Series 22 and 63 licenses.
Lisa Pusateri ..... Investor Relations / Operations
Ms. Pusateri joined RK Properties in 2014, and was promoted to the Investor Relations team in 2016. In addition to other company responsibilities, Lisa is our DST closing coordinator and processes the DST investments for all investors from receipt of the purchase documents to sending out the final closing packages. She coordinates the closings while working with the registered representatives, accommodators, and escrow companies. Lisa brings over 20 years of real estate experience in transactional management, operations, and appraisal review for mortgage loans. Ms. Pusateri graduated from California State University, Dominquez Hills with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude.
Kaarin Kearney ..... Investor Relations Associate
Ms. Kearney joined RK Properties in 2019. She assists in the Investor Relations Department by maintaining investor accounts, processing Fund subscription documents, and daily communications with investors, their registered representatives and qualified plan custodians. Ms. Kearney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. She is also a California licensed real estate agent and notary. Prior to joining RK Properties, she worked in property management, real estate sales, and credit management.
Cassaundra Pillion ..... Investor Relations Support Assistant
Ms. Pillion joined RK Properties in May 2021. She assembles and organizes the distribution of PPMs, and assists the Investor Relations team. Ms. Pillion graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Her past work experience includes serving families in the community in library, and school settings.
